Thrashing my body for work for the show that was over the weekend. And I come in this morning to find no one did anything with any product that came in over that time, and that someone destroyed my shipping area. I’m just kind of done with my job.

take pictures of your trashed station, the backlog of product, and you show them, very nicely to your supervisor. you then ask “ supervisor, i was gone for only x days, and now my station is entirely trashed....... is there a reason you allowed my station to be left this way?” cold stare them in the eyes “because i expect you to help fix this issue you helped create, or i will take this HIGHER up”........... aaand walk away.................

I work directly under the owner. He saw, he knew, we even discussed it. He didn’t seem to care. No higher up to go.

plan B it........ that is now the newly accepted condition to leave the station, and that amount of backlog is now acceptable to be left in the area........

Next Interview with Bimmer is on Thursday. Meeting the senior sales manager. Hopefully I won’t need a third interview and we can get the process started.
